[MOD] Add Pie Control Menu in Settings - Build Your Own ROM #1

Pie Control Menu In Settings

You might be thinking anyone can get Pie Control from Play Store and anywhere else, But nope this is not what you are thinking. In this tutorial I will show you how to add Pie Control Settings menu in the System Settings, Like in Custom ROMs. As You can see in the screenshot below.

Features : 

1. You will not find the Pie Control Icon in the App Drawer or the Launcher
2. The Pie Control is embedded in the System Settings (Like in many custom ROMs)
3. You can add features like these to make your own Custom ROM

Tested in Android 4.4 CM 11, Will work in 4.2.2  

Will work only in Stock ROM and some Custom ROMs
