    hey Ajit! can you plz help to make cm11 for mt6589. i searched online and there are so many cm11 roms available for mt6589 but the prblm is that they have so many bugs... like only camera will work not camcorder. no hw video decoding and more... can u plz provide a stock cm11 and guide me to port it to my device including the kernel porting and rom porting... my device : Micromax Canvas Tab p650 1gb ram jb 4.2.1 mt6589 kernel 3.4.5.

    cm11 is kitkat
    kitkat cannot be ported to jelly bean device you need to find a custom kernel for your device first

    i think the kernel version for kitkat is 3.4.67 you need to find the kernel port it too your device and to port it you need to mess your hands with sources and linux and what not

    i found a kernel 3.4.67 of mmx 116 which also runs on mt6589 chip, so i just need my boot.img or something else to port kernel... i will use upack/pack boot.img tool from your blog. can you please get me a link to cm11 for mt6589

    sorry man but that is not possible. Porting kernel guide in this blog is only to port from same android versions eg android 4.2.2 to 4.2.2 android 4.4 to android 4.2.2 is not possible unless you have all the complete sources and you know how to use github and linux and know some linux coding commands. I currently do not have the knowledge to do so. hope to help you after i start my A level after a few years

    hey bro you are rock ,recently i bought a Samsung tablet model N9106 master-copy made by Korea MT6582 fake(MT6572) , it has problems, it shows messages like these (Unfortunately, System UI has stopped, Unfortunately, prosess has stopped, Unfortunately, media has stopped, Unfortunately, gallary has stopped, Unfortunately, camera has stopped ) and so on. after that it get hung. i have tried factory reset by recovery mode but it did not work,then i rooted my tab by Mtk Droid Tools and install CWM recovery and install your both [4.2.2]LOLLIPOP UI CUSTOM ROM FOR YOUR MT6572 and [4.2.2] MIUI 4.7.23 For MT6572 roms according to your guide but it did not work i mean nothing appears. i am useless on it what can i do for it , please---please---please--please--please--please -please--please Tell me brother which rom is fit for it and how can i do that.

      download mt6572 rom from this blog and port it with the method i told above then make it zip file put it in SD card of your phone go to recovery mode wipe data wipe cache partition and then advance-->wipe davlik cache and the go to install zip select zip from sd card choose the zip you made wait for CWM to flash it and boon done.

      i already have uploaded miui v6 for mt6582 you can port it to your device and flash it only if you are running android 4.4.2 if you are running 4.2.2 you can only get miui v5 i also have it in this blog select mt6582 roms from the above menu

      NO. You will need kernel source for your mtk6589 and rebuild the sources and get your hands dirty, you will want to kill yourself and bang your head a million times to port to your device, and so much more. if you can do that then yes You can port it to your MT6589

    i tink this will tax your brain for an hour or so i have a 10.1" 8 Core 32GB 4 RAM Dual Sim 3G 5MP CAM tablet it is mt6592t it frequently freezes and crashes and i think the rom is iffy i have shots of all the details .....how can i get them to you .....do you think you can do me a nice easy rom its for my partner she likes nice looking things

    Initially I tried to install a custom recovery. But it does not match, the result signals and IMEI lost and I could not get recovery. I try to find a stock rom, but I do not find. then I try to flash the stock rom clone sonyx-bo v3. But the results of my android dead. if in turn it only appears sound, but a black screen with little line drawings are not clear.which makes me more confused, I do not have a backup. it looks like the original rom boot.img also missing. What should I do? I desperately need your help. im sorry, my english is not good.. :(

      your device is fake 4.4.2, it probably is 4.2.2 and no there is no way you can run lollipop or CM on your device

      already made lollipop for mt6572 devices running 3.4.67, the only problem is it has many bugs i.e. no call, no gps, no sms, no camera and what not. The ROM *won't tell the name* is more likely a snail trying to run like a cheetah i.e. it sucks and for ultimate experimental use only and I won't want to share it because *brace yourselves for the 'hey this is not working comments'* even though it would already have been clearly stated in the post that these are the bugs and it is only for ultimate experimental use only

    I have digiflip xt712, one day i tried to flash a recovery.img file via mobile uncle tools. After flashing the file, the tablet doesn't detecting the sim cards and IMEI is invalid.     I've MT6592 with kernel 3.4.39, device is Intex Aqua Octa which is a great hardware loaded device but Intex is shit as they don't provide any system or kernel update for this device

    I've seen your all works and appreciate your hard work but so far no ROM for my device was available

    Can you try to make a optimised,more clean and good looking ROM for my device.

    I know you're always kinda busy but please help me cause I'm stuck with this device and i can't take this bullshit anymore

    I hard bricked my Celkon a119q Signature HD by accidently formatting whole flash. Need to restore through MTK Droid Tools Backup containing firmware.info and files.md5 from same model. Request you to please upload same.
    I can not flash stock rom by sp flash tools coz it says load not matches target to b downloaded.

    Phone is completely dead.
