[4.2.2] Android M Orange ROM V3.0 For MT6572

Mediamod V3.0 For MT6572

Presenting you the all new Android M Orange ROM but a few minor changes with much higher resolution icons and UI. Do not expect many changes. In this V3.0 the UI is much cleaner and more Fluid AND with the new Marshmallow Plat Logo

Delete boot.img in Port ROM and paste Stock boot.img in Port ROM

Delete/Remove" the following files and folders from PORT ROM folder.
- system/vendor
- system/usr
- system/lib/modules
- system/lib/hw
- system/lib/drm
- system/lib/soundfx
- system/lib/libaudio.primary.default.so
- system/lib/libcamalgo.so
- system/lib/libcameracustom.so
- system/etc/firmware
- system/etc/bluetooth
- system/etc/security
- system/etc/wifi
- system/etc/vold.fstab
- system/etc/vold.fstab.nand

Now open STOCK ROM folder and Copy the above mentioned files from STOCK ROM folder to PORT ROM folder.

Method 2 (Completely Recommended)

This Guide is to Port MediaMod V3 if you have already ported V2, It is completely recommended that you first download and port Mediamod V2 For MT6572 and then Port Mediamod V3 For MT6572

LET'S Begin

Replace everything from V3.0 To V2.0

1. EXTRACT BOTH V2.0 AND V3.0

2. DELETE -
APP, FRAMEWORK, MEDIA, PRIV-APP, FONTS, FOLDER FROM V2.0.
COPY THESE FOLDERS FROM V3.0 To V2.0

3. DELETE BUILD PROP FROM V2.0 AND COPY IT FROM V3.0

4. GO TO VENDOR AND COPY OPERATOR FOLDER FROM V3 TO V2 {IF AVAILABLE}

5. Delete V2.0 META-INF and Use V3.0 META-INF

6. ZIP and Flash

    Hi, I will try this rom for the Dark EVO E40 ( http://www.epey.com/akilli-telefonlar/dark-evo-e40.html ). I try Lollipop UI, Lewa OS and Color OS, but all did not work. Stuck at boot logo and nothing happened. What cause this?

      First time I get success :) Mobile network does not working. Keyboard APP does not included. Sound, Camera, WiFi, Bluetooth and many more working good except Mobile Network.

    Ported successfull, every things work like a dream exept the camera app force close every time i open, otherwise this rom is much more smoother, look nicer (without that orange all over the place)

      did you replace libcameracustom.so ? if yes try to use libcameracustom.so of the port ROM

      this ROM wasn't made by me and I currently don't have access to the ROM, I shared the ROM as is without modding

      i suggest you factory reset from settings

      did you replace vold.fstab and vold.fstab.nand from stock to port ? what happens when you try to call ?

    uhh man. work very well. thanx for the rom but i have 2 problem with it. 1st is .. a very big problem... my internal memory is not being detected.. in setting ~ storage.. it is being shown but not in my file manager. i cant have access with my internal mem. but in the file manager , it is showing internal mem ( 14.47 gb .. but this is my mem card space not internal mem )


    2nd problem is i cant phone.. i mean i can dial but i cant phone... when i press on call button... it simply does nothing.

    thanx again.. hope u will a solution for me :)

      strange, for storage try to decompile framework-res.apk of both stock and port and replace storage_list.xml and then recompile.
      You must decompile and recompile only don't try to replace directly without decompiling

    hey dude.. I have fixed it by myself.. it seemed that the driver was corrupted ( mem storage ) ... so I formatted it via pc.. and now its fine... only one problem.. that is it is showing the opposite of the memory... when showing phone mem, it is referring to mem card... and vice versa.. I also fixed the phone problem by simply downloading a dialer.... thanx for ur effort man :p :D ... wish I could port lewa 6 like this man... :(

    For those who did all the steps for fixing camera but still have error on Camera and Gallery not showing images/videos.
    Get these from Stock, paste it in port.
    Libcamdrv.so
    Libimageio.so
    Both file is in /system/lib

    I got a wierd issue .. ROTATION not working. It wont rotate to another degree. And also, in any games , TILT does not work. Can you tell me what files to replace for this issue ? Thanks ,
