3G Switch On Any MTK Device
We all know the frustration of not being able to switch between 3G on different SIMs and always need to change the SIM cards, so today I will show you how to enable 3G switch on any dual sim MTK device.
*It is only meant for Stock ROMs, but you may try in Custom ROMs too.
HOW TO :
1. Dial *#*#4636#*#* ,This Will Open a Screen Similar to this
2. Select the first option - Phone Information
3. Scroll down and select the GSM only option. Mostly it would be WCDMA preferred as default for many people. Selecting that will open up drop down menu like this
4. Now first press Refresh then click Update and you're done.
Now go and manage your 3G services to manage 3G activation in any sim.

My second sim doest change to WCDMA whenever i try changing it. By default is on GSM only. Pls help further
ReplyDeleteyou go not need to set particular settings, just click on Phone Information and it will give you universal settings for both SIM
DeleteI have stood by default WCDMA preferred, WCDMA only chose nothing's changed, what to do?
