Replace From Stock To Port :
- Replace boot.img
- Replace /etc/firmware, security, bluetooth, wifi
- Replace all files from /etc/permissions folder
- Copy all folders from /lib/ folder (skip any folder which is not present in port ROM /lib)
- Replace all the copied folders from stock to port /lib/
- Replace /lib/libaudio.primary.default.so
- Replace /lib/libcamalgo.so
- Edit mount points in /META-INF/com/google/android/updater-script
Note : If you do not have your stock updater-script follow the steps from step 18 to edit mount points without stock-updater-script : Edit mount points

      you will probably face issues, you can enable onscreen buttons through an app from playstore or directly from build.prop

      replace vold and pq if doesn't work then decompile framework-res.apk of both port and stock ROM and replace storage_list.xml from stock to port and then recompile

      find density line in build.prop of both stock and port ROM and then change the value of port rom with the value of stock ROM

    Hello Ajit, I have a problem with flashing the ROM.
    When I try to flash it it doesn't start the flashing process and says "Installation Aborted"
    My Device is an MT6582 so it should work

      yes I already wrote as post about it. CM is pure AOSP ROM like nexus. The only thing is that it has extra features, which can now be turned off and ON since CM 12.1 beta 6

    Hey man. Awesome work. I ported this rom for my xtouch sky pro device (mt6582) and after flashing, when I try to boot the phone, The phone gets stuck at the Xtouch Sky Pro screen, which just displays the device model (The screen before the boot animation). is there any fix for this? Thanks

    hi ajit, its me again, I just found a bug on my phone, trying to figure out how to fix front camera, its just black screen, Id followed your fix guide, but it doesn't work well, you have any idea what specific file needed to be replace?, esp on front camera only, since rear cam working OK,

    I have 3 issues, 1st is the multitask crossing when you hold home button would stop systemui when too many tasking, 2nd is camera cannot connected, 3rd is flashlight is work on early after boot but lately stop working, ,any advice for fix?

    Hi,

    nice rom and great tutorial: sucessfully ported to Cubot S200.
    Rom has somes issues:
    - lost of device original functionality (slide to waken phone, double tap to hibernation)
    - some of the definitons are in foreign language (not even english, russian or something)
    - some publicity to a blog
    - and camera is purple now..

    Does these things have a fix (i know the publicity hasn't, but core functionality please)?

    I can post some screenshots if you need.

      this ROM was not made for your device, you ported it, so it will not have the features your device has. None of the ROMs you port will have the special features you device came with unless it was explicitly added to the ROM.

      For the camera, go to the Q/A post for Lollipop in this site only and follow the green camera fix method, that should fix your purple camera

      That's what I meant, is there anyway to add that functionality? Some files from stock that I can replace in the ported ROM?

      I'll try the Q/A for the camera, but how about the definitions in foreign language? Where can I translate it to english at least?

    It's good but here's something I've encountered in this ROM.
    1.NVRAM (can be fixed)
    2.Google Keep Crashing (I mean the 'Google' that's for searchibg apps etx.)even un and re installing it won't work.
    3.SIM card not detected even after restoring the IMEI using Mobile Uncle Tools.
    4.logo.bin make my device boot screen go stretch.
    5.Kinguser does not work (need to flash supersu, remove root from kinguser and reroot again.
    Tested using my Lenovo a3600
